how did the articles of confederation demonstrate a reaction to the revolution against great British? In other words, what differences in evident, in terms of power of government, between British monarchy and the government established under the Articles of Confederation

    The Articles of Confederation had only one branch, the Legislative Branch (Congress). It did not have an Executive Branch (President).

    Explanation:

    Because the colonies had recently fought the American Revolution against their ruler, the King of England, they did not want to create a government that gave too much power to one person. Their dislike of the King's power and control encouraged them to NOT have a single leader but a Legislative Branch.
