In the United States, not everyone in the electorate chooses to exercise his or her voting rights. What is the MAIN reason that some people choose not to vote?     Even when every American has the right to vote, many decide not to. In the 2016 Presidential elections, only 6 out of 10 Americans casted their votes.

    The main reason for this is that many US citizens believe that either their voice does not matter, that their vote wouldn't really change anything (as they think that bad politicians will always make their way to the Office) or that the results of the Elections won't make any differences in their current lives.
