    Nagasaki was a shipbuilding center, the very industry intended for destruction. Also, The devastation wrought at Hiroshima was not sufficient to convince the Japanese War Council to accept the Potsdam Conference's demand for unconditional surrender.

    because japan wouldn't surrender to the Untied States during ww2 which made them surrender do to all the deaths

    Explanation: once Japan would surrender to the US after bombing pearl harbor the US first bomb Hiroshima after japan not surrendering then US bombs Nagasaki forcing japan to surrender to the US do to the tragic deaths of both cities
