Pursuit of happiness is one of the natural rights which means, that every human being has the right to pursuit their well being with no intervention from the law or any entity. Natural rights are innate privileges that human beings inherited from our Creator. The term was first conveyed by John Locke and Greek scholars who defined Natural Rights as Divine given privileges. Creation has provided natural beings, not only to humans and those liberties cannot depend on the laws or customs of any particular culture or government and as such, they ought to be universal and inalienable which means that they cannot be restrained.
