In the Schlieffen plan German Wanted to quickly invade the limit fighting a war on two fronts's first day invaded blank which allowed them to attack blank from the north if successful they wanted to move their armies east to fight blank avoiding a two front war

    The Germans invaded Belgium which allowed them to attack France from the North. If successful, the Germans would move their armies East to fight Russia, avoiding a two front war.
