    I think it is B. Explanation: The colonies were ruled by Great Britian, and their form of government included the British Parliament. However, none of the colonists were allowed to be in Parliament, so they felt it was unfair that they were being taxed without have proper representation in Parliament. ("No taxation without representation!"). Thus, B is the correct answer.
