    1) Explain how the Nile was used as a water source.

The Nile was used to water crops. When it would flood the water would dampen the soil which made it perfect to grow crops in.

    2) How did it contribe to the great structures built by the ancient Egyptians?

The Egyptians would mine stone at the quarry and then send it downstream to the build sites of the Pyramids.

    3) Analyze the importance of the floods in the building of the pyramids.

Since the building sites were not far from the Nile it made it easy to transport the stone used in the building of the pyramids. When it flooded it made it even less of a walk to from the water to the build site.
