The correct answer is: crimes against humanity.

In the Nuremberg Trials that were celebrated after WWII, the International Military Tribunal, under international law and war law brought the most oustanding leaders of the political, judiciary, military and economic spheres of the German Nazi regime to court. The trials were organized by the victorious Allied Forces. Those leaders were the ones who had planned and executed the Holocaust, the Final Solution to the Jewish Questions and other war crimes. Those who were found guilty for these matters were prosecuted for having commited crimes against humanity.

The denomination of the different crimes was a judicial novelty that has been adopted from that moment on by the United Nations, for the production of international jurisprudence for war issues.
