    I profoundly do not hate music-but I do, ridiculous as it sounds, hate when cell phones are used to block out the real world. What could the author do to demonstrate more concretely that he does not hate music in Paragraph II - and thus better establish his authority? A) He could mention the names of a few famous composers.
