How did the middle colonies compare to the northern and southern colonies

    Middle colonies did not have colder weather as the North, nor did they have hotter climates as of the South. Therefore, they usually used their lands for farming, and grew wheat, barley, corn, rye, and such. They essentially grew the food that fed the Colonies.
