The distribution of AID is managed by a series of organizations, including the United Nations and several NGO's (Non-Governmental Organizations). These entities are responsible for using the funds they receive in order to get basic need goods and deliver them to wherever destinations in the world that have a "humanitarian emergency" status.

Nowadays, sites under this status are Syria, Venezuela and several countries in Central Africa. In some cases, these entities face logistical problems in order to deliver the goods to these sites, as regimes, which are in civil war, put resistance against aid efforts.
