Define who rasputin?

Rasputin was a poor peasant living in Russia. He became a wanderer and eventually entered the court of Czar Nicholas II because of his supposed "healing abilities". Then he got caught up in the Russian revolution (1917-1923) in which Grand Duke Dmitri Pavlovich, and Prince Felix Yusupov fed Rasputin wine and cakes which were lased with poison, but it failed to kill him. But then get got killed by Russian officials.
