The new Jersey plan and the Virginia plan is the correct answer.

    Explanation:

In 1787 the delegates from different states met to form the government of the United States, the meeting was known as a constitutional convention. There were plans to revise the old legal document known as the Articles of Confederation. Later, the Articles were rejected and it was decided to form a new constitution. The delegates thought about two plans, the Virginia plan created by James Madison and the New Jersey plan presented by William Peterson. In the Connecticut compromise, both the plans were implemented.
