Civic Virtue and Rule of Law provides stability to a society.

    Explanation:

The rule of law connects all members living in a community. Laws protect one's general security and safeguard our rights as citizens against misconduct by other individuals, entities, and the government itself. Attacking the rule of law is the danger of demonizing oneself to the arbitrary power of others, who would be compelled by nothing other than their own limitless capacity for self-interest and personal satisfaction. Individuals must be brought up in a free society where they are encouraged to recognize that they must subordinate their own individual interests and goals to those of the greater society.
