The U-Boat, Submarine, or in its German Translation, Underboot, was a deciding factor of the 6 year campaign. It would often require a crew of 35 men and would use wolf and fangs tactics to target convoys to Britain. A good movie to watch for such example is the German Film, Das Boot.
