Allowed Herman Sweatt admittance into the School of Law at the University of Texas.

    Explanation:

In 1946, a black man Heman Marion Sweatt registered to the University of Texas Law School for admission but the State law limited the university's access to whites, and Sweatt's application was denied implicitly because of his race. The legal team of NAACP, headed by Thurgood Marshall, brought the case to the U. S. Supreme Court, which undermined the "separate but equal" higher education program and thus starting a new road to end discriminatory practices.
