Blacks and women but mostly blacks because three black males would equal one white mans vote

Explanation:

The Constitution was a paradox, because at the beginning it says: '' ... establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty ... ''

But, the slavery issue doesn't appear all over the Constitution, so what was Liberty at that time? Basically, all those freedom and general welfare was aimed to the some people, not everyone, because slaves were not included.
