    Jiang Jeishi was a member of the Chinese Nationalist Party; a political and military leader until 1975. He was involved in the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty and lead the unification of China under the Nationalist Party. With the success of the Communist Party, Jiang Jeishi retreated to Taiwan from where he claimed the legitimate spokesman for China until his death in 1975.
