Describe the state constitutions that were more democratic and those that were less so. What effect would these different constitutions have upon those states? Who could participate in government, whether by voting or by holding public office? Whose interests were represented, and whose were compromised?

    State statutes were split between the various parts of america, which were intended to be governed by the national government. The proposal was supported by speculation because it would be justifiably stressed as the basis for the independence of the Citizens of this country.

    In 1786, James Madison introduced the implementation of measures and legislation for the good of men in the workplace afflicted by turmoil. In 1876 of Annapolis, Maryland, a system sensible meeting was conducted and invite had been sent to thirteen provinces but only five provinces discussed the matter.
