Why did Germany invade Norway

    because in March and April 1940, on the pretext of German aggression, bridge plans for an invasion of Norway we're prepared, mainly in order to reach and destroy the Sweden iron ore miles Gallivare. it was hope that this would divert German forces away from France, and open a word friend in South Sweden.
