    Spain and Britain ended their polices of neutrality regarding Saint Domingue because Domingue's revolution had contradicted her. At first Spain and Britain were willing to look the other way about the consequences that Saint Domingue's revolution may bring, but them they felt discontent with the entire situation and decided to put and end to it.
