    Charles Nathaniel Haskell (March 13, 1860 - July 5, 1933) was an American attorney, oilman, and statesman who filled in as the primary Governor of Oklahoma.

    Haskell assumed an essential job in drafting the Oklahoma Constitution just as Oklahoma's statehood and entrance into the United States as the 46th state in 1907. Governor Haskell regularly worked twenty hours every day and is "the man who requested the state seal and the seat of government [for Oklahoma]
