Two students live in the same school district. The students are the same age, but they are different races. What does the school district have to do to treat these two students equally?

    The situation given in question statement can be answered based on the guidelines of Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment (1868). According to it, a state should treat all his people equal without any discrimination.

    Hence in the given case, if students are from the same district and same age, then the school should give admission to both and in the same class irrespective of their races
