How could young African-Americans be "freed" by being arrested and put in jail?

There is no way a young African-American can be "freed" by putting in the jail especially in a situation whereby the young African-American in question didn't commit any crime.

This perception is simply filled with negativity. All individual are equal irrespective of the race, sex, religion or ethnicity as enshrined in the consitution of America which has always been the land of Freedom.
