    Magna Carta was first signed by King John in 1215 and it was reissued again in 1216, 1217 and finally on 1225.

    Magna Carta laid the foundation for individual rights to Anglo-American people.

    This was first drafted by the Archbishop Of Canterbury. This draft had the intention to secure peace between the king and rebellions. The powerful barons were rebelling against King John at that time. However, this peace treaty between king and baron was not successful and a civil war broke out.

    However, after multiple amendments it served it purpose of implementing a common law for all.
