    It seems that A would be the correct answer for this. The others are legal documents and are used for informational purposes.

    The answer that would make the most sense to this question would have to be A."How to Eat an Ice-Cream Cone". In my opinion the title just sounds funny, like that would be the only thing on the list that even sounds remotely interesting to read. And the only one that is even the slightest bit entertaining.
