    True.

    Explanation:

The Psalm of the Bible was written by King David, the king of Israel. They are more of sings of devotion and songs and poems meant to be sung for the glory of the Lord.

Psalm 23 declares the everlasting faithfulness of God, proclaiming

"even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me" (verse 4)

    Psalm 89 also proclaims

"I will sing of the Lord's great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations." (verse 1)

"The heavens praise your wonders, Lord, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones." (verse 5)

Thus, both chapters of Psalm 23 and 89 declares the faithfulness of our God.
