    Kim || Sung

    Explanation:

    On 9 September 1948, the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea was proclaimed and was lead by Kim Il Sung. The Korean War begun by the North Koreas attack on South Korea and Stalin is blamed since the USSR did not speak against the attack and wanted to spread communism. In the end, North Korea lost more than 20% of its population because of the deliberate bombings from the United States and that is why the two countries have never liked each other.
