    In my opinion, The man believes American African have nothing to fear or lose by social separation because he believes that, no matter if they got separated or not, they can still be productive, they can still propose and start proyects, they can study, they can get a job, a home they can progress and get a good lifestyle if they want. They are people, just like all the other societies in the world and they are capable of progressing also.
