Our judgment comes from the contemplation of what we view, whether it be art, theater, film, sculptures, performance, spoken word, etc etc. We often view things that we find pleasing, and that which makes us happy. In order to judge and object we must take the steps to get there, such as view something we find pleasing, sit and observe contemplating our feeling and emotions that it provokes and then we make an assessment or judgment of the piece.
