    In legal grounds the Law of war is the term that is used to refer to the aspect of public international law concerning acceptable justifications to engage in war. and on the other side it limits to acceptable wartime conduct. The rule of law also protects the non participants, prisoners and those who are wounded. And they are normally set out in international humanitarian law. These rules states that wars should have limits and civilians should not be attacked and attacking them constitutes into a war crime.
