    The first constitution approval depended on on 9 states to ratifty it, the first state to ratify it was Delaware, in an anonymous votation 30-0 for acceptance of the constitution and the 9th state to ratify it was New Hampshire un June 21, 1788, half a year after Delaware did it, the last one to ratify it was Rhode Island in 1780, and it was with threats of being expelled from the union and be treated as a foreign state in rebellion.
