    I will list some weaknesses in the explanation below however I think you forget to upload the choices.

    Explanation:

    It did not give Congress the power to collect taxes: no funds to repay debts or support the growth of the nation as most citizens ignored state requests for taxes State militias: rather than having one unified military, each state had a militia. Soldiers were all trained differently and weren't given the supplies they needed by the federal government No national court system: the government had no way to actually enforce laws The AOC itself was too weak: the federal government did not have that much power and too much was left to state governments.

    Economic - too many currencies, no power to tax, no power to regulate trade

    Administrative - no national military, no national court system, no one to enforce laws

    Legislative - difficult to pass laws, difficult to amend, one vote per state
