There have been many different conflicts between France, Britain and Spain along the history for different reasons therefore, it is necessary to consider that when America was discovered and these countries started moving their interests to America, so did their conflicts, specially regarding trade of goods and territorial domination.

An alliance between Britan and Spain for trading in America, does not seem quite realistic, although, the South Sea Company, a British company created in 1711 to trade with South America, did not really register any significant benefit, so it is possible to conclude that Spain would not really share its monopoly through an alliance, so A is not probably a good choice.

The dispute for territories in America resulted in France transfering its territories of French Luisiana to Spain, its ally back then as a compensation for Spanish loss of Florida, which had to be given to Britain in exchange for The Havanna in Cuba. From these facts, it is easy to conclude that the French claims for territories probably was not too strong, so C might not be a solid choice either.

Finally, the fur trade and the alliances with Native tribes was rather a consequence of the territorial domination and the trade monopoly, so, there were stronger reasons for conflict between these countries, hence, instead of B, the most appropriate answer would be B, because as stated above, when Spain, France and Britain moved their interests to America, they moved their conflicts with them.
