    The Cold war was a period of geopolitical tension between the Soviet Union with its satellite states and the United States with its allies after world war II.

    Most countries remained neutral during the Cold War. In Fact they banded together to make their own power block.

    Then, the countries that tried to stay out of the cold war were considered to be Neutral.
