What is the difference between India's government and Vietnam's government?

In India they have a federal republic government while India had a communist state gov. In India they have the supreme court for their judicial branch while Vietnam has the supreme people's court for the judicial branch

Communist State: the main characteristic of this type of government is the single party style, the possible leaders all came from the same political groups, giving sometimes different ¨parties¨ as options to choose from but all of them coming from the same centralized power entity, due this, all the candidates to be elected in a communist State follow the same ideology (communism).

The people's participation in political decisions tends to be more limited, and more when different dictatorships have emerged in this kind of government and way to rule.
