Why aren't weather forecasts always accurate?

    Meteorologists cannot be sure about weather phenomenon because we don't control it.

    We can make inferential predictions.

    For example: One could take an umbrella when it's sunny outside, because there is always a chance it could rain.

    They can not always be sure of the weather because it is very unpredictable
