7. How did the Atlantie slave trade contribute to a racist ideology that continues to this day?

The Atlantic slave trade was exactly what the title implies. It was a large slave trade through the Atlantic ocean. This lead to the idea that anyone that is an African American is less than a white person. It leads to believe that their only purpose is to be used. Sadly, that still continues. It may be better than it was then but it is still around. The thought is still there.
