Many countries suffered similar economic instability to the US. Since the Great Depression was apart of the interwar period (in between World War | and World War ||) many countries such as Germany, Italy, Russia, China were still suffering from debt and loss of land from WW|. A lot of this debt and instability post-war hung over many countries heads putting them in a similar place to the US. This unbalance is most often blamed on the results of the Treaty of Versailles (and the denial of the Balfour Declaration).

Germany was greatly affected since before Hitler rose to power, the country was in need of a powerful leader to pull them out of uncertainty. The Rule of Inferiors lead Germany to test out democracy, which was still too shaky. This is why Hitler was perceived as the light-at-the-end-of-the-tunnel for Germany and they would be lead back to victory (since they were stripped of military/resources/money and they desired revenge).
