The 19th Amendment states that the rights of the United States citizens to vote can't be denied by the United States because of their gender. This means that a U. S citizen can't be denied to vote just because of their gender

The 26th Amendment states that the rights of the United States citizens to vote can't be denied by anyone if they're the age of 18 or older. This means that someone can't deny a person the right to vote if they meet the minimum requirement of 18 years old.

These amendments change the United States voting system. Because of these Amendments, it gave rights to people that use to be denied to vote. The way these amendments changed voting habits is that it gave the habit of more people to vote, and these rights allowed many people to vote, and is currently still active. The amendments changed the policy of voting and made it equal to everyone and allowed people to vote. However, people have to right to vote if they meet the requirements to vote, which is being a U. S citizen, and is 18 years or older.
