Restoration Movement or Stone-Campbell Movement is one such movement that hoped to change Christian Church for the better but ended up dividing Christianity furthermore. The Movement was started in early 19th century in America, with the purpose to unite Christianity under one roof that was patterned after the Church of New Testament.
