    If a country has a lack of education, that means: Less available jobs because no one would have the knowledge or technology to do them and more disease because of the lack of doctors and pharmacists, etc. High national debt would indeed result in tax raises among other things like federal budget cuts. A trade barrier stops a country from being able to import necessities. Not a single country has all the natural resources to sustain themselves.
