    Basically Unfair treatment of the axis before ww2, German loss of ww1 and its humiliation. Europeans (allies) Thought japan was inferior to them. Italy sacrificed a lot in ww1 and got very little territory.

    Explanation:

    Depression didnt really hit fascist Italy but germany was hit.
