    Income

    Explanation:

It should be understood that the difference between the rich and poor can be dated back to around 7000 years ago.

This is because, it was when land became more valuable than people, and this led to a situation wherby farmers began using ox drawn ploughs to harvest crops instead of their hands. And through this, there is a difference between the people that could afford ox and those that couldn't.

So, this resulted to the difference in the income generated. Because, farmers with ox were able to cultivate more lands than others, allowing them to generate more income.

And this is also happening till today.
