Do the long term effects outweigh the short term effects of the black Death?

    Not really, short term effects were more drastic for the Black Death (Bubonic Plague) because of the rats & mice that would take a long while to die, still carrying the disease, along with the dead bodies left burning throughout towns, this only made the disease more presistant. There is only one long-term effect I can think of & that would be the disease possibly returning.
