    The failure in education was that schools became segregated, black kids went to some schools, while white kids went to other, or if they went to the same schools, black and white kids were separated: they had their own seats in the classroom, in the cafeterias, and even, their own driking fountains.

    Voting rights (Type Here)

    Voting suppression was high in the South. African Americans were prevented from voting by several measures: literacy tests (many blacks did not know how to read or write), comprehensive tests, record-keeping, and even poll taxes.

    Segregation (Type Here)

    Segregation was a core concept in the Southern Society after the Civil War. These racial segregation among blacks and whites was made into law with the Jim Crow Laws: these laws regulated segregation, from schools, to shops, to even buses.
