    The answer should be the ratification if the constitution because Federalists want a government strong enough to protect domestic industry while the antifederalists wanted more state rights. The federalist vs antifederalist fight was over the ratification of the Constitution in 1787. Federalists pushes for the ratification while the anti federalists were against it. Eventually the federalists won as the constitution was ratified in 1789.
