What was the main difference between the democracy practiced in Athens and the democracy practices in Rome

    he major difference is that the Greek democracy gave more power to more people than the Romans did ... There were similarities and differences between the democracy established in Greece and the republic established in Rome. One similarity is that in both places, the citizens had a say in the running of their government.
