    The Pentateuch is formed by the first five books of the Holy Bible. In these five books Jews and Catholics find the foundation of their religion

The first book is Genesis, that contains the response of the people of Israel, to the questions about the origin of the world. 2. The second book is Exodus. This book contains the two great events that are at the center of the history of salvation: the liberation of Egypt and the Alliance of Sinai. 3. The third book is Levitical. It is a liturgical and legal book with norms and laws, many of them of very high moral conduct. 4. The fourth book is Numbers. This book describes the formation of the town that begins in the last days of its stay in the Sinai and finishes when they encamped in the plains of Moab next to Canaán. 5. The last one is Deuteronomy. It means "second Law" and it tells the same story in the form of seven discourses of Moses on the plains of Moab. About his author, traditionally, the composition of the Pentateuch has been attributed to Moses.
