What impact did industrialization have on Americans?

    The Industrial Revolution had a tremendous impact on immigration to the United States ... The Industrial Revolution led to the need for many workers. Since factories could produce many more products than an individual could produce by hand, we needed people to work in the factories.

    Industrialization had an impact on the U. S. by turning it into an industrial powerhouse. Industrialization opened new doors for Americans. (1) Exports to other counties--Steel, grain and textiles were not only used here in America, but other countries were interested in these things, so Americans began exporting these things to other countries. (2) These new innovations changed how we work, many jobs could now be performed by a machine--especially in the farming industry. (3) The effects of industrialization began showing how it affected the environment through soil erosion and dust storms.
